What where your objectives when you chose the materials to be used for your floor or wall coverings?
The plan for the kitchen in Casa B12 began with the tiles, for the owners had bought them a few years ago, struck by their attractive vintage design, and set them aside for a future renovation project.
What we designers needed to do was give the design an elegant contemporary twist, seeking a common thread… champagne-coloured, in this case! Because it was this delicate shade of yellow that added a touch of colour to the custom-designed kitchen we created.
What made you chose the Tonalite products?
It was not the designers who made the choice, but we did confirm it. Tonalite products are high quality and very elegant, features we have always recommended to our customers.
What colours and combinations did you chose and how did you use them?
The Ottagonetta is a very unusual octagonal tile, a shape that adds motion to the scene without standing out excessively. The white tile with champagne dots was perfect as a sober, elegant wall covering throughout the kitchen, reflected in the details of the furnishings to discretely underline it.
