Small format tiles and contrasting colours and materials to give character to a flat

Because most of the bathroom walls were finished with all-over microcement in a very light shade, we wanted to bring color and vibrancy to the bathrooms through these small ceramic tiles, and highlight them alongside the larger ceramic slabs used for the shower and bathtub areas. This way, both the washbasin area and the shower area have personality and convey energy.

The kitchen is an open space that opens up to the living room, so we treated it as a main, welcoming area. We balanced the colors with those in the living room, creating bold contrasts. The greenish tiles contrast with the orange of the sofa. Both elements highlight each other, forming a balanced composition full of energy and color.

The colors and forms of these tiles complemented the proposed design very well, and the sizes helped us create the rhythm we needed to convey the vibrant image we were aiming for.
