What were your objectives when you chose the materials to be used for your floor or wall coverings?
The environment of hair salons need to show themselves to the public, elegant, clean, bright. In order to prevent the environment from being overly neutral in this renovation, we created a point of attention through wall covering. In this case, the wall covering is understood exactly as a decoration, as a skin, colorful and bright that lights up the surroundings.
What made you choose the Tonalite products?
The first step that moved us to Tonalite was definitely the wide choice of colors. It allowed us to find the right dialogue with the environment, the finishes and the furniture.
Secondly, the size, hexagonal, new and modern. Last but not least, the quality of the product provided. An elegant and solid product, with refined glazes and textures that capture the points of light and make the environment shine.
The Esamarine collection, as the name suggests, in this case really takes you back to a marine environment, echoing the very movement of water.
What colours and combinations did you choose, and how did you use them?
Wall tiles meet a porcelain floor tile on the floor, reminiscent of marble finishes, with bronze and gold ribbing. As mentioned earlier, the wall tile sets the stage for a gold-colored display and smoked glass. The rest of the environment is intentionally rendered neutral, giving back importance to body and personal care.
