Don Pizza Fritta Napoletana

A long bar counter covered entirely with 7.5×15 tiles, where cooks dip dough into big vats of boiling oil, and a counter by the wall where diners can enjoy their pizza. The juxtaposition of silk tiles on the walls was created with a dark blue fire-painted metal profile. The tiles were also used as the backdrop on the shop’s sign.

The finish on the parchment silk tile recreates the look of an old French workshop.
